Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Options & Rates
We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping
Flat rate of $8. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Shipping time does not include processing time.
Carrier Services
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been fulfilled.
In-Store Pickup
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before submitting your order. Arena Graffiti is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as carrier issues or weather. Arena Graffiti is not liable for these delays once the package has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Arena Graffiti is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed.
